Official letter No.347/TCT-CS on 4th February, 2012 about CIT settlement in 2011
CIT 2011 settlement made in accordance with the Corporate Income Tax Law of 2008, Decree No. 124/2008/ND-CP dated 11/12/2008, Circular No. 130/2008/TT-BTC 26/12 /2008, Circular No. 18/2011/TT-BTC dated 10/02/2011 of the Ministry of Finance.
From 16/01/2012 on, the tax agency only receive and process tax finalization declaration form according to new tax finalization declaration form as prescribed in provisions of Circular 28/2011/TT-BTC, not accept finalization declaration form defined in the Circular 60/2007/TT-BTC.
